Experience: After graduating from university during the recession, Niamh started working as a recruiter and specialized in headhunting IT professionals for major corporations, including Citigroup. She made the move from Ireland to the U.S., landing in Phoenix in July 2013 and began working at an ad agency in Tempe before joining marketingworx in August 2014.
